2nd & Charles offers a flat rate of $6.99 fast and secure Standard Shipping so you’ll receive your order in a timely, worry-free manner. In Store Pick Up is FREE & we have FREE in-store returns/exchanges. Tracking your order is easy online or via our Customer Service team. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.  We are not yet able to ship to international locations.

 

Free Pick Up In-Store

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store is going to be your new best friend. Now you can browse and order on 2ndandcharles.com from the comfort of your couch, then swing by your local 2nd & Charles Store to pick up your items!  Orders will typically take 2-3 hours to process to be ready for pick up!

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives between 3-5 business days. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

Express Shipping

Express shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days. Orders must be submitted 12/Noon EST to ship the same day.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping orders must be placed Monday-Friday before 12/Noon EST.

 

Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

Alaska shipping typically arrives between 16-18 business days.

Hawaii shipping typically arrives between 12-15 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are delivered Monday – Friday ONLY.

Signature is required upon delivery.

APO / FPO Shipping

APO/FPO shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

All APO/FPO orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
